涤氨纶还原皂洗剂

HOLPOSON® Reduce Clean

 

HOLPOSON®Reduce Clean 是为了除去氨纶弹力丝上沾污的分散染料而开发的还原清洗用皂洗剂。用分散染料染涤纶/氨纶织物时,氨纶弹力丝上会吸收较多的染料造成严重的沾色。氨纶上的分散染料沾色一般很难去除,还原清洗后仍会残留在纤维中,从而造成染色牢度下降等问题。

二、使用方法

HOLPOSON® Reduce Clean 的使用方法根据被洗涤物的种类、染色浓度、洗涤机械等。

一般以下列工艺条件为标准。

处方                   深色                     浅色

HOLPOSON® Reduce Clean  3~5                 1~3g/L

保险粉                  3~6                   2~4g/L

烧碱(50%) 或纯碱        2~5                   1~3g/L

工艺:75~80℃×15~20 分钟还原清洗后,热水洗,水洗。如果沾色严重的话,重复进行2-3次还原清洗。

 

产品性能

1.能去除在氨纶上的分散染料沾色、显著提高染色物的耐干洗、水洗、摩擦牢度。

2.也可作为涤纶染色物的皂洗剂,能够有效地去除未上染的染料。在还原清洗时使用,能够得到色泽鲜艳和染色牢度优良的染色物。

 

注意事项

HOLPOSON®REDUCE CLEAN是特殊阳离子型皂洗剂,比非离子型、阴离子型皂洗剂更易吸附在纤维上,如果还原清洗后未经充分热水洗、水洗,会残留在纤维上。对于某些染料和纤维,当纤维上HOLPOSON®REDUCE CLEAN 残留时,会在定型时出现受热泛黄或因染料渗色而引起染色牢度下降问题。因此还原清洗后一定要充分热水洗、水洗。去除纤维中残留的HOLPOSON®REDUCE CLEAN 有效的方法是用阴离子表面活性剂进行皂洗(阴离子返洗)。还原清洗液中脱落的染料,如果全部是处于还原状态的话在纤维上再吸附很少,但是如果还原剂不足,到清洗还原性下降,一旦还原脱落的染料经氧化后就很容易再次沾附于纤维上。因此,在还原清洗中,到清洗结束时不能保持还原性的话,就不能得到良好的清洗效果。

还原清洗液的还原性根据使用的染色机械的种类而异。例如:对同一处方,用液流染色机等密闭型容器和绳状染色机等开放型容器进行还原洗净的话,密闭型容器的还原效果的持续性比开放型好。

在确定还原清洗处方时,还原清洗液中脱落的染料要在清洗后仍呈被还原态颜色,因此在确定还原剂的使用量时,要注意不要造成还原剂不足。

 

为慎重起见,请在使用HOLPOSON®REDUCE CLEAN 前严格注意下列事项。

1.对于使用的每个染料,请先进行还原清洗预备试验确认有无恶臭发生。无恶臭发生的分散染料可以使用还原清洗。对未确认的染料请不要使用还原清洗。

2.对使用染料不明的染色物的还原洗净时,请先进行预备试验。

 

Reduction Soaping Agent for

Dyed Polyester/Spandex

HOLPOSON® Reduce Clean

 

HOLPOSON®Reduce Clean is a soaping agent for reducing cleaning developed to remove the disperse dye stained on the spandex elastic yarn. When dyeing polyester/spandex fabrics with disperse dyes, the spandex stretch yarn will absorb more dyes and cause serious staining. Disperse dye stains on spandex are generally difficult to remove, and they will still remain in the fiber after reduction and cleaning, resulting in problems such as decreased color fastness.

 

Physical & chemical properties:             

Appearance: Yellow brown liquid

Ionicity:    Cationic

pH:        Neutral to weak alkaline

Solubility:  Soluble in water, transparent

    

Usage:

The usage method is subject to the type of textiles to be washed, dyeing concentration and the soaping equipment.

Generally, perform in accordance with the working condition below

Process:After 7580℃×1520 mins’ reduction clearing, then hot wash,wash. If the stain is serious, repeat the reduction cleaning for 2-3 times.

 

Characteristics:

1. Able to remove disperse dye color stains on Spandex, significantly improving color fastness to dry/wet cleaning and friction.

2. Can also be used as a soaping agent for dyed polyester textiles, effectively removing the undyed dyes.

3. When used in reduction clearing, it can create dyed textiles with bright colors and good color fastness.

 

Attentions:

Reduce Clean is a special cationic soaping agent and is easier to adhere to fibers than non-ionic and anionic soaping agents. If it’s not sufficiently hot water washed and rinsed after reduction clearing, a little of it will remain on fibers. Regarding some dyes and fibers, when there’s residual Reduce Clean in fibers, during heat setting there will be issues of yellowing and reduction of color fastness due to dye bleeding. Therefore, after reduction clearing, textiles must be sufficiently hot water washed and rinsed. An effective way to remove the residual Reduce Clean in fibers is to soap with anionic surfactant (anionic rewash). If all the dropped dye in the reduction clearing liquid is in the reduced state, little will adhere to fibers again. But if the reducing agent is not sufficient, resulting in deteriorated reductibility till clearing, the reduced and dropped dye, once re-oxidized, will easily adhere to fibers again. Therefore, in the process of reduction clearing, if the reductibility can’t be maintained until the end, there will be no good clearing result.

The reductibility of reduction soaping agent varies according to the dyeing equipment used. For example, with the same recipe, compared with open-type machines like rope dyeing machine, closed-type machines like liquid flow dyeing machine will have a longer reduction duration during reduction clearing.

When confirming the recipe for reduction clearing, ensure that the dropped dye in the reduction clearing liquid must show a reduced-state color even after clearing, therefore beware that there should be no reductant shortage when confirming its dosage.

 

To be cautious, please pay close attention to the notes below when using Reduce Clean:

(1) For each dye to be used, please conduct preliminary reduction clearing experiment to confirm if there is strong odor. Disperse dye that doesn’t generate odor can be reduction cleared. For unconfirmed dyes, please don’t use reduction clearing.

(2) For dyed textiles with unknown dyes please don’t reduction clear.
